Mert is a Professional Engineer from Koc University. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bahcesehir University in Istanbul. Previously, she has worked with several companies in the agricultural, industrial and manufacturing sectors. His professional practice focuses on business development, sales strategies, distribution channels and profit maximization in industrial, manufacturing and commercial companies.

At the same time, he has experience in the manufacturing area, where he acquired knowledge on the development of engineering projects from the conceptual, basic and detailed engineering part; in addition to related technologies with the design area, and computer aided engineering analysis. He has more than 10 years of experience with important achievements in import and export and has obtained important achievements in the export of different products and services in more than 60 countries. Currently, he works for the firm as Head of Middle East Regional Operation, region from which he supervises and drives corporate, commercial and foreign investment projects from the Middle East to Latin America or vice versa.
