Experience

Throughout his career, Jaime has advised domestic and international clients across multiple sectors of the economy, including industrial, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, and telecommunications. His work has involved corporate advisory, asset-related matters, contract structuring, dispute-sensitive scenarios, and legal support in complex business decisions.

He has also coordinated legal teams in major institutional and business settings, including banking, real estate, telecommunications, and public-sector related environments. This background has given him a strong ability to handle matters that require legal solidity, careful structuring, negotiation, and risk awareness.

In the real estate field, his experience includes the legal support of transactions, investment-related structures, mortgage-linked matters, usufruct arrangements, and other asset protection considerations. In contracting matters, he has contributed to the legal coordination of processes involving public and private contracting, bids, and multi-party projects.

Value Proposition

Jaime brings to each matter a combination of legal strength, seasoned judgment, and strategic perspective. His value lies not only in his technical knowledge, but in his ability to guide clients through complex situations with a clear understanding of legal risk, business priorities, and the practical realities of the Colombian market.

For foreign clients, this is particularly important. Jaime provides a steady and reliable point of support for decisions that involve investment, structuring, negotiation, or asset protection in Colombia. His role is especially valuable where clients need trusted local counsel with the maturity and experience to help them move forward with greater legal certainty.
